Sorry to dissapoint, no new Icons on this post -aww- However, there’s a perfectly good explanation for that :). Since I wanted to write about a few different things, I’ll divide them up by topics

My recent reading habits
Well, as I told you previously I bought an e-book reader… I’ve been reading ever since (and I only got it last week). I’ve already finished Twilight and When the Wind Blows. I started New Moon this morning so I could be ready for Breaking Dawn… I don’t think I’ll buy it right away, which is in just a few hours actually (aproximately 12 hours from the precise moment I’m typing these words). I’ll wait until I finish New Moon and Eclipse or I’ll be too tempted and end up reading the last one prior to finishing the others first. I guess it helps a little that I’ll be busy tomorrow, so I don’t get tempted to go into the nearest book store to get a copy. After I read all four books of the Twilight Saga, I have to read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, which is the first book in that series. I actually never read it, since I read the second one when the first movie was already out. I’m constantly being told to read it, so I guess I finally will… Then I guess I’ll go for The Host, also by Stephenie Meyer… Agh, the list is soo long i don’t know which to pick next!

Painfully Tired
Yes, as the very title of this post suggests, I’m painfully tired… No, it’s not a metaphor… I really AM tired. Yesterday I went to bed at around 10 pm (having gotten up at 6:40 am, which is painfully early in my summer days, and having gone to sleep at around 12:40 am the day before). Sadly, I couldn’t sleep. Darn! So I tossed and turned in bed for who knows how long until I finally fell asleep. Then I woke up at around 6:50 am…

Of course I could sleep in… But I’m trying to adjust… Normally, in the summer, I go to sleep very late and wake up reasonably late. But with school starting in about a week and a half I need to adjust my sleeping/eating pattern. So I self-imposed a curfew and a waking hour. I haven’t been able to follow them, though… But school isn’t the only reason I started re-adjusting my pattern… What I have to do tomorrow is very closely linked.

About my busy day tomorrow
-sigh- Tomorrow I have to get up at around 3:00 AM… I know what you must be thinking… Why on earth will I get up that early if we’re in summer? Well, there’s this activity from school… yeah, sucks I know. It’s about an hour and a half away from my house… and we have to be there at about 5:30 am. So waking up at three, gives me about 45 minutes to get ready and 15 minutes to get up to the meeting point… Then giving us the hour and a half we need for the actual trip…

If it were a boring school activity with lectures and stuff, I’d skip it… But it’s actually going to be really fun… It’s sort of dynamic. Which means I can’t doze off in a lecture… I’ll probably be active most of the day and I can’t be tired. Hence, my decision to re-adjust my sleeping pattern. I’ll probably go to bed at around 7:00pm today so I can be ready for tomorrows exhausting trip.

Continuing with the rest of this post without any peculiar topic
After this somewhat long post, I can’t seem to think of a way to end it…

Ah! I just remembered, I’m actually working on a very simple layout which I like a lot. I wont say a theme because I don’t think it has one specifically… Like I said, it’s very simple, but by some strange reason, I happen to love it. I’m just working with the styling’s now… The fonts, the menus, etc… Making it work into a Wordpress theme, is slightly confusing… But I’m managing so far. So expect that no later than next week (if tomorrow doesn’t kill me that is).

As you can see, I’ve been keeping my comment-returning policy… and I will keep doing it

Also… I bought Sony’s ebook reader… It’s sort of pricey… kind of expensive but it’s totally worth it :D. I like it because it’s lightweight and you can carry a ton of books in it… And with the purchase I got 100 free *classics* downloads…

So here’s my dilema… I have to get 100 classic books before october 31st or the offer will expire… I already downloaded one: Pride and Prejudice… I haven’t read it So I need 99 more… I know they’re “classics” and they’re probably boring… But they’re freeee! I was thinking of getting Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth and Hamlet. SO I still have 96 more to go. So this is were you guys come in… I need sugestions on what books to get… Here’s the list: -click-

Any sugestions will be considered… after all, I still have 96 I’m already reading my first book with it: When the Wind Blows by James Patterson… Then I’ll re-read Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse before I can get my hands on Breaking Dawn… Then I’ll Read the Lake house, the sequel to When the Wind Blows… Then I’ll re-read the HP series and then I’ll probably finish reading the Narnia Series. I like fiction… So if you have any non-clasics you want to recommend, well… It’ll be appreciated

I agree with everyone on the fact that I’ve been neglecting the site since it’s “downfall,” partially because I’ve felt too frustrated or depressed to continue. However, I am all past that. Before I continue (and forget the following due to a bad memory) I would like to thank everyone for their positive feedbacks on my icons. There, now that I said that, which I meant to like three days ago, I may now continue with the rest of this post.

What have I been up to lately you ask? Well that’s a little complicated so sit back, relax and try to not die of boredom. The main reason why I haven’t been very active is because I’m working as a timekeeper in basketball games. It’s really interesting, you have to learn all the rules and stuff: When the time stops, when it doesn’t, how to work the scoreboard, etc. So that pretty much takes away my Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Also, I’ve been working on some stuff for my extra-curricular activities because I’m on a few clubs and stuff and we’re working hard to be active when the year starts, maybe recruit a few members and stuff. So there goes a lot of my time since I need to be constantly typing stuff, making flyers, looking for information, etc… It’s actually very time consuming.

What’s next for me? I think I’ll work on a few more icons… Experiment with some effects and see how they turn out. I’ll post them up later so you can all see what marvelous creations I can make (or what horrible failures I can make, it all depends on your judgement :)).

I’m currently reading “When the Wind Blows” by James Patterson. Has anyone read that book in particular? Or anything from that same Author? If so, what did you think about the book/other book from the same author?

That’s all I can say… I have to finish three letters, one flyer and a work plan for the school year… It’s a lot but it’ll hopefully be done by tomorrow -yikes-

I just logged in to tell you that I added a new page: “Services”

It’s under construction but you can see in the navigation a page called “Free Advertisement” Well this is one of the few services we’ll offer, which include: Reviews, WP Installation, Cutenews Installation, Layout design (maybe) and graphics request(maybe). SO be on the lookout for those pages… as soon as you see them on the nav bar, you can start ordering.

Well it’s actually a long story, so here it goes:

First we had the server problems, etc, etc, etc…

So I decided we need to re-invent ourselves… But I got depressed that I lost my content and almost closed this site… Then I thought… If we’re gonna re-invent ourselves, we don’t need all of the old content… Soo I decided not to close the site.

SO I search through old files and find some tutorials/etc. And I put those up. The story goes on, Me fighting against myself to not close the site, but I won’t bore you.

If I was going to re-invent, we needed a new look… So I made 3 different layouts and ended up not liking them. I won’t throw them away, cause I know they’re pretty decent.

So I’m working on one last layout… Let’s hope this one’s a keeper.

SO here we are, with WP’s default theme…

I’m making new stuff everyday, so I’ll try to add them periodically… Until next time!

I know what you’re thinking… Dude, it’s the middle of the summer. Yeah, I noticed thank you very much. We have to take these pre-course lessons, so that when we start the school year, we’re not completely lost. So I started yesterday, that’s why I didn’t post. I was studying for today, which was my second lesson. We’re graphing some kind of polynomial functions (don’t worry if you don’t understand, it’s just a bunch of nerdy squigly lines and curves). It was very hard at first, but now I’m getting the hang of it… It’s actually quite fun. -Gasp Adrian!- you must think… But hey, I’m a math freak!

So, thats basically what I’ve been doing…

There’s not much update on the site… Take a look around and see for yourselves… I’m trying to work as fast as possible, but with these lessons, I don’t have much free time… Don’t worry, they’re not ALL summer… I finish in two weeks, but I have free days in between. Tomorrow there should be 5-10 more pages and less broken links ^_^.

There’s not much content, yet people are still coming. Don’t get me wrong, I love it. But why? Why do you come to the site… So this is my next question… Why do you come to the site? This includes the before the “deleting” site. Soo, I will also start a custom of answering my previous questions myself. So here goes:
I’d rather:
Live in an arctic pole, use Facebook, Go to the movies, stay at home and use the PC and walk around overly dressed (Pss… I’d live in the arctics, I need to be warm…).

Well, now that thats covered with, summers almost here! Some of you are already on summer vacation=P but Im not yet, Ive got about 8 more days of school left. Im not that excited for summer because every summer means the same thing: Nothing. Doing nothing. I mean literally nothing. Well, maybe I go somewhere like San Francisco or some unexpected event comes up, well, it’s practically nothing. So, not excited like all of you guys! Im also going to miss my classes =( theyre like so special and they appreciate me so much. Ughh, after summer, everythings going to change. Everything.
